Acceptance of Terms
Using CoinsAQ constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, cease use immediately. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and GreyZone Intelligence Ltd.

CoinsAQ is a cryptocurrency market intelligence platform providing portfolio tracking, real-time market data, AI-generated analysis, social trading features, price alerts, and educational content. Operated by GreyZone Intelligence Ltd. Available on iOS and Android.

All market data, AI predictions, signals, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on CoinsAQ constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of any asset or prediction does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile — you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinsAQ. You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must not share credentials with others.
Subscription Plans & Payments
Beta access is currently offered without a paid subscription. Before paid plans launch, CoinsAQ will present the applicable price, billing period, payment channel, renewal terms, and cancellation terms for review before purchase. Future mobile subscriptions may be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play where available.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to manipulate cryptocurrency markets; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users accounts; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data, AI outputs, or proprietary content; (d) post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or designed to manipulate asset prices; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.
AI Predictions & Signal Accuracy
CoinsAQ's AI predictions are generated by machine learning models trained on historical market data. Accuracy rates are published transparently but cannot be guaranteed. Past accuracy does not predict future accuracy. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Any trading decision made based on AI outputs is made entirely at your own risk and CoinsAQ accepts no responsibility for the outcome.
User-Generated Content
By posting in discussions, social feeds, or community predictions, you grant CoinsAQ a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for content you post and must not post content that is false, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. CoinsAQ reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, AI models, data feeds, and software are the exclusive property of GreyZone Intelligence Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CoinsAQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that market data will be accurate, complete, or timely. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinsAQ and GreyZone Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial losses arising from trading decisions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
